Is anyone aware of a technical issue with orders/sales not showing up in sales reports?

The orders are there as well as notices to ship, but the payments are not included in the daily or weekly totals?I called this in to ebay yesterday. They stated that they would open a ticket, but now it appears that even more are not showing up?
