Cant sign into ebay/ ebay not working

As it says above my ebay has stopped working, cant do anything. I have signed out to try and sign in again but now cant do that. This is all through the ebay app

Anytime that I try to search for items on Ebay, nothing comes up and all I get is the rotating blue circle. Is ebay having issues?

Promotions issues - New items won’t reflect discount.

Hello, is anybody else having issues with their sale/promotion? As of this Friday, we have added/listed several new items but the discount of the promotion is not being reflected on any of those items. Please share thoughts/hacks. Thank you!

eBay not loading on desktops

Anybody else having problems with eBay not loading on desktops? I have tried my laptop and desktop and eBay won’t load thru Mozilla or explorer. It works on my IPad and phone. I reloaded Windows, Mozilla and explorer but still nothing.
