Posting Pictures (Server Error)

Make sure that if you are using the Ebay App, and having problems uploading pictures, that the App is on your Internal Storage, not your SD card! Unfortunately, I had to figure this out myself. Ebay technical support couldn't figure it out, I discovered this solution by accident!! It will not upload pictures if it's on your SD card!!

this new problem extends beyond the app, the web based ebay also will not upload pictures in messages to buyers

Yes I am having the same issues.  All afternoon (THE LAST TWO HOURS), I have been trying to respond to a buyer who is asking questions about a recent purchase he just received from us.  I have tried (using Ebay message system) to upload and attach photos to my reply message.  I have tried literally hundreds of times and three different devices on two different internet connections and get the same result. 

The error message I get is "Server ERROR - remove the attachment and try again later".  Sometimes it pops up during the first 10% of the photo upload and a few other times it has reached up to 90% and then the error pops up.

My  connection is just fine and fairly fast.

Ebay needs to fix this right away.  My buyer has threatened with negative feedback in his initial message that I have spent the whole afternoon trying to reply to!

Having the same issue - I can't upload images that interested bidders are requesting for my item! I have only a day left in my auction and it's impossible to send images to these potential bidders!

Try going to the buyer's feedback or profile page, use the "contact" link there to create a new message. If you are prompted for an item number, select "not about an item".

Compose a new message and attach your photo.

same error... tried three browsers on desktop and mobile devices.... it ain't us.
