As a Buyer you may see an item listed at "too good to be true" prices &
you can't help yourself, you buy it. I was braced for the possibility

Spent most of the day freaked out that I accidentally charged my
shipping labels to my bank or PayPal instead of from my Available Funds
(which it is defaulted to). Finally was able to verify that they came
out of my funds but I had to hunt this down...
They lulled me into a false sense of security when, after 7 days in a
row, I did not receive an email. Then on day 9.... Yes it's not a "real"

I've noticed recently that about 1/4th of all my accepted offers are
just never paying. It's incredibly frustrating as many are on auction
items & they "skipped the wait" by sending me an offer only to have the
item sit in wait, unseen by other Buyer...
You are good to close the case. You will receive no defects. I can't
recall if the Buyer can still leave negative feedback or not. The Buyer
had 30 days to make a return so eBay is allowing you to reject the
request as it is outside of the timeframe....
I switched to No Returns years ago & don't regret it a bit. I get less
than a handful of return requests each year, most are Buyer's Remorse (I
sell clothing) because they didn't read the measurements, etc.
