@moy_cody- are you on a PC, or mobile device with the app?
Sign out, clear your cache/cookies, sign back in and try again.
Also try different browsers - Firefox & Chrome work well with ebay.
If it's an app issue, ask on one of the Mobile App boards. eBay Staff is there to help resolve app issues:

Hi,
I am on a PC and using the latest version of firefox.
I have done what you have suggested and the issue is still there.
After clearing everything the other options are still m issing.

@moy_cody- So the actual item is there, but no options to do anything?
Do you see the link near the top right of your Purchase History section (not the top right of the screen) to "switch" to the new version or page? Try that and see what happens - if it refreshes the missing data.
Also open the item listing from your Purchase History - you should see a green bar at top that says "You won this auction. View Order Details". click on that - does it open the Order Details for you?
And if you click on "Resolution Center" at the bottom of any page, does that Item appear and allow you to open a case for non-delivery?
This is very strange, and I can't find any other posts reporting the same issue.

Would you be able to look at the OP's account and figure out why they are not seeing all the options they should have on their Purchases?

Sounds like they arlready have you on the new ebay managed payments sytem. If it is not paypal it will not work.

@mikgile-39- that's not true. Sellers have to sign up for the initial rollout, which hasn't even started.

If it's not past the delivery date you can't file a claim yet.........so they may not be showing the option
if you bought from a powerseller you can't leave feedback for 10 (?) days, not sure of the number..... so that may not be shown till you can do it.....
I don't know about return.....if you haven't gotten it yet, perhaps that is not shown either.......
