Cannot leave feedback, check delivery date, or request a refund.

Under the orders section and clicking the more actions tab, there is no option to leave feedback, check delivery dates, or request refunds. The only thing listed is save the seller and contact the seller. Where did everything go? I have a item that is pasted the delivery date but the system doesnt even show the estimated delivery date anymore nor can I return or refund the item.

@moy_cody- are you on a PC, or mobile device with the app?

 

Sign out, clear your cache/cookies, sign back in and try again.

Also try different browsers - Firefox & Chrome work well with ebay.

Hi,

I am on a PC and using the latest version of firefox.

I have done what you have suggested and the issue is still there.

After clearing everything the other options are still m issing.

@moy_cody- So the actual item is there, but no options to do anything?

Do you see the link near the top right of your Purchase History section (not the top right of the screen) to "switch" to the new version or page?  Try that and see what happens - if it refreshes the missing data.

 

Also open the item listing from your Purchase History - you should see a green bar at top that says "You won this auction. View Order Details". click on that - does it open the Order Details for you?

 

And if you click on "Resolution Center" at the bottom of any page, does that Item appear and allow you to open a case for non-delivery?

 

This is very strange, and I can't find any other posts reporting the same issue.

Yes the items are there under the purchase history but the only available actions are "Save this seller" and "Contact seller". When i "switch" to the new version, the options are "View seller's other items", "Save this seller" and "Contact seller". I dont have any current bids, so I don't think the green bar applies. Yes when I select Resolution Center at the bottom, my order are there and upon selection it does show me the expected delivery date. I have downloaded Chrome and it has the exact same issues. Sounds like I have a unique issue, should I contact ebay to see if they can fix it?

Would you be able to look at the OP's account and figure out why they are not seeing all the options they should have on their Purchases?

Sounds like they arlready have you on the new ebay managed payments sytem. If it is not paypal it will not work.

@mikgile-39- that's not true. Sellers have to sign up for the initial rollout, which hasn't even started.

If it's not past the delivery date you can't file a claim yet.........so they may not be showing the option

 

if you bought from a powerseller you can't leave feedback for  10 (?) days, not sure of the number..... so that may not be shown till you can do it.....

 

I don't know about return.....if you haven't gotten it yet, perhaps that is not shown either.......

Hi @moy_cody, I don't see anything in your Purchase History right now. Is this happening on a different account?

Hi, The order is a little over 60 days. For it to appear I would need to view all orders made in 2018. It is on this account. The seller has contacted me about my order and is going to ship a new one with a 15-20 day delivery time.
