Anyone else having this problem? Purchase label button will not light up at the end.

I was having the same problem. Someone in another thread suggested clearing cache, cookies and history, it worked for him. I did that and rebooted too, just in case, it worked for me as well.

Thanks Devon, it is after lunch and still cannot print labels. Plenty of funds in account, just will not light up to click pay postage. Looks like many others having this problem today. Thanks, David

Having the same issue. Was fine in the morning, but then errors started around 10am eastern time.

Copy and pasting my post of it. For me it started around 9:30 PM MST on eBay standard envelopes. Since then I have been able to get one to print. I hope they get it fixed soon as going to be a long day otherwise.

I was in the middle of printing out my orders for the day and suddenly when I click on the purchase shipping label it isn't taking me to where I can print it out or anywhere. Also many times I'm seeing no services available. This is for eBay standard envelopes I was able to get a bubble mailer standard tracking to work. Anybody else seeing issues like this in the last ten minutes or so? Or is this unique to me? I tried restarting my computer in case it was me but that didn't seem to fix the issue

I cleared my cache and it worked. Thanks for the tip. All these years and I've never had this problem before.

Yes, just happened a few minutes ago. So many bugs eBay needs to work on.

Cleared Cache, rebooted and same problem. However the system now thinks I'm located in the UNITED KINGDOM (actually located in the US)! What gives Ebay????
