I was able to purchase and print shipping labels this afternoon through ebay as usual. I do use the multi/bulk label shipping, if that makes any difference.
Thank you very much. I contacted eBay and it was user oversight. It looks like they changed the screen for international labels. There is a check at the bottom instead of editing the customs label. I was focused on the USPS experiencing issues message!
I had to ship my Ebay package to a buyer from the post office. I waited 45 minutes in line and had to pay more for shipping cost. It would be nice and respectful if Ebay would notify their faithful sellers and buyers to keep us updated when problems arise. And also notify us when problems are fixed.
