Buyers not receiving my messages.

Has anyone noticed that your responses to buyer's questions are not getting through to the buyer?  I've recently received a message from a previous buyer that would like to know if she could purchase more of the item that she bought.  I responded and told her "yes".  Days went by and then she sent another message to me, asking the same question.  It was almost a desperate plea and that she REALLY  needed the item.  I again responded and told her again that I could and would do that.  Days have gone by again and no response from the buyer.     She's been a very good customer in the past and  it's odd that she hasn't responded.

I’ve had the same problem. I’ve sent at least 5 messages to one buyer and she hasn’t responded to any, but asks the same question. I have had messages to other buyers go through, so I’m wondering if it’s just certain users, like mobile? I don’t know but it’s very frustrating. Apparently she’s not getting the invoices she keeps asking for, either 😕

i had the same problem not that long ago.  After I posted on the boards it resolved fairly quickly, but I got called a liar by one of the people commenting in the thread.  Looks like i am not the only one after all who was having this problem...   My earlier thread:
