Problem With Viewing Images

I am using Firefox 52 ESR which is the fallback browser for

people who can't use Firefox Quantum. The problem I am

having is there is a white mask over all of the images on ebay.

It only disappears when I put my cursor over the image. I don't

seem to have this problem with any of the other browsers that I

use and I don't know if it is a problem that Firefox Quantum has.

This is a really annoying problem. Does anyone else have this

problem?

Problem With Viewing Images

I was going to reply that it only seemed to be happening

on my watchlist but now the problem is gone. I don't think

its an intermittent problem. Its been  going on for awhile

but I'm not sure how long. Anyway, its gone for now.

Thanks for the reply berserkplanet.

Problem With Viewing Images

Had a similar problem once a few days ago using FF52.2.1 ESR doing some testing for another issue (totally blank descriptions on listings) on one listing I was looking at.

The main gallery photo was blank until I either moused over or clicked (can't recall) the thumbnail, and half the thumbnails were blank but larger photos did appear when they were clicked, Reloaded the page and it went away.

I was looking at that same listing at the same time in both FF3.6.24 and FF31 and the photos were fine.

I normally use Firefox 3.6.24 and FF31 and don't have a tenth the issues those using newer versions do (other than things FF3.6.24 just can't do any more).

Doesn't help much, but maybe provides a bit more info.

Problem With Viewing Images

I figured it out. It's an addon that I use called Dark Mode that turns

the background dark and fonts white. I already had a script installed

that does this for ebay so that's why I had no clue what was going on.

Thanks.
