FEE charged for updating Title and Description of an existing listing

I edited one of my listings (only the Title and Description), nothing else that would have cost anything, and as I submitted the change, a Fee of .20 appeared just before it submitted while it was 'saving'. Sometimes it takes a while to see the 'saving' pop up, but in this case, there should not have been additional fees for these changes. This was on my computer, not the app. Anyone else notice this?

Look at your Account detail charges for the time in question. Were you actually charged for the modification? If so, contact eBay...

For the social sites...Give only your userid and a description of the issue. Do not include any personal info. eBay will contact you though your email address or tell you how to contact them directly.

I just checked and it looks like it is not on my account. If it continues to happen, but charges, I'll call eBay to let them know. Thanks for your reply!
