Cannot assign automation in any way shape or form. Not in bulk and not individually. Am I the only one having this problem? Google Chrome on a Mac.

It has been like this for a month.
The reps at e-bay do not even know what I am talking about.
Call e-bay and also e-mail them I have been doing this every day of last and this week the more you call the quicker they will get it fix.

I have been thru every server I know and nothing works.
Call them and e-mail them and tell them about this problem we are all having I DO I have been calling them every day for about a week

I see that eBay Australia says a fix is in the works; I certainly hope so.
I am in the US and I have only been experiencing the issue for about a week. I let it go for a few days assuming they knew about the issue and would fix it soon, as the error message states.
I had eBay Support call me yesterday. The woman I spoke to told me I need a store; she clearly didn't understand what I was talking about. Then she said I need to subscribe to Selling Manager Pro, so she still didn't understand. Then she told me that the feature was turned off months ago and that server is down, so that is why I am getting the error message. Then she told me I could only automatically relist 8 times, so she still didn't understand because I can't add an automation rule to a new listing. The call lasted 23 minutes going in circles, with me finally saying there is a serious issue with eBay that needs fixing; it is nothing to do with my account. There are others in the Community Forum that are complaining of the same issue and it needs to be fixed; she finally said she would report it. I did not receive a ticket number.
I have spoken to many people in eBay Support where I can have a technical conversation, but this was not one of them.

It's been six days for me now. I've not called eBay, as my usual experience is that they have no one who can make a decision, solve a problem, or even communicate well over the phone.
They seem to have "scripted" answers they are allowed to give but if the problem is not covered in their "script," they can't help.

Hope it's the same for the USA. I'm having to manually relist stuff now. Maybe they'll get the automation up and going soon. I'm guessing that the techies are in the process of making some major "improvements" to the eBay platform and they have everything screwed up. Seems like that's usually how it goes...LOL!
