Assign Automation gives me "It’s not you. It’s us. Our server is down..."

Cannot assign automation in any way shape or form.  Not in bulk and not individually.  Am I the only one having this problem?  Google Chrome on a Mac.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for 2 days straight now. I’m usually in Google Chrome on a Mac, but just to be sure, I have tried clearing my cache and then attempting to assign automation to my auctions through:

Chrome Incognito Window / MAC

Safari / MAC

Safari Private Window / iPhone

Chrome Win 10 / PC

MS Edge Win 10 / PC

I have the latest versions of everything and am getting the exact same “It’s not you, it’s us” page every time I try, which is getting INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING AND ALSO SUPER ANNOYING.

Don't know what's happening but I have been getting the same thing for three days now. Yes. It is very frustrating. I have not tried contacting eBay, as I kept thinking they would have it fixed soon. If it's not working by tomorrow, maybe I will call them.

Same thing going on here. Tried adding them in bulk and by themselves. Tried revising. I cant add to new listings. Been 4 days. Everything is mixed up now and going to have to take all my auctions down. It is not just you.

I just hope I do not get charged the fee for ebay automatically relisting after the free term.

Hi, Same problem here. I hope someone can get in contact with eBay to sort this out. I find it impossible to contact them. I have tried notifying them to this problem through online chat but they can't understand what i am talking about.

Would someone be so kind as to tag an eBay person that could possibly get this moving in the right direction? I paid eBay to schedule my auction listings with the understanding that they would automatically relist at the scheduled time and it's not happening. I understand a technical glitch here and there, but it's been 5 solid days since the error first occurred (for me anyway) and now my auctions are rolling over, but I haven't heard a peep from eBay on why this is happening. Any assistance at would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to get through to eBay Australia. They know about the problem and a fix is in the works. 24 - 72 hours they say.

No you are not the only one.

This is probably what you are getting   https://www.ebay.com/n/error?statuscode=500  copy and paste to

an E-BAY E-MAIL and send it to them also call them, the more people call and E-MAIL them the quicker they will fix this problem, it has been like this for a month.

I am having the same problem and I have called every day and spoken to customer service and they do not have any idea on what is going on

I have tried different servers and nothing works I have called E-BAY 7 times about this problem and most do not know what I am talking about. On the bottom is probably the error you are getting, copy and paste this and send it by E-MAIL to E-BAY and also call them up the more times we do this the quicker they are going to try to fix the problem.
