Uh oh! Something went wrong with the previous request.

If you navigated here, it's because the previous request experienced an error. If you are the site owner, you can use the Translate Error String tool to investigate this further. This is located on the control center under:

Hamburger menu > SUPPORT > Edge Diagnostics.

Looks like you have a random ? at the end of the URL - get rid of that and try again.

@deltadistributions

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.

See here for further suggestions of things to try:

Re: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/sh/ord?"

I get the access error randomly, I haven't gotten it as often lately

I wasn't trying to pay just doing regular selling tasks and revisions, not sure.
It's disrupted my operations since I started back up like two months ago

I'll suddenly get this access error and I have do find something else to do because it won't let me enter anything

I have had this message a few times lately when I try to print a label after paying. I just go back in and "reprint" the label and it works. Not sure why this one happens randomly when it does but has not been a huge issue to work around for me.

Re: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/sh/ord?"

I keep getting and getting this error multiple times a day after a few searches on Terapeak. Most of the time I can only do 4-5 searches before getting this error.  I do lots of searches on Terapeak, so this bug is driving me to the brink of insanity.

Re: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/sh/ord?"

This isnt a VPN issue... it is not an EBAY issue ...it is due to security settings on EBAYS Global CDN Akamai.  there are various things that can cause this ...spyware on your system ... a cycled IP address now assigned to you by your ISP that has been blacklisted by Akamai.   Here is a link on the details: https://community.akamai.com/customers/s/article/Why-is-Akamai-Blocking-Me-Part-3-Partners-Performin...

Use their client tool to check your IP: https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/

contact them and they wil help ... BUT THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM!... the message is specific to their CDN servers

Re: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/sh/ord?"

This is an upstream problem with the edge provider eBay is using (Akamai).

I've been seeing this issue on and off, and either the edge service is getting overwhelmed, or it sometimes seems to happen after I reload a page or two, or look at several listings in a row.

Basically the sensitivity of the edge for detecting "abuse" is too high and it's putting blocks down on normal browsing behavior.    If you wait several minutes it will come back (I don't have an exact time).

This is frustrating for sure and it does need to be fixed.   From a customer's point of view this IS eBay's issue.
