Shipped item arrived but not updating

 I sold an item, shipped it and my tracking shows that it was delivered.  However, it still shows in transit on ebay and they have not released the funds for payment.  I'm stuck on how to report this to ebay.

There's nothing you can do until the hold is released.

eBay tracking sometimes lags behind the carrier. How long ago was it delivered?
