Resolved! Can someone explain ebay's policy on putting sales Funds On Hold?

I have items that funds were paid out that were sold and received by the buyer days before other items that the funds remain on hold, some by as much as a week. Seems like there is no rhyme nor reason when ebay holds or releases funds. Rob

Getting paid

Why is that I have shipped all my sells out and EBAY is returning buyers money before they get the items cause they say they don't have it as of yet and they have the tracking info. If they get a refund will I get my items back or loose on both ends?
