I request express payouts often and always receive them immediately. I did an express payout request hours ago and it still shows as “ processing” they took their fee though….anyone else have this happen?

Where do I report and deduct sales tax collected by eBay from managed payments? 1099Kshows gross receipts including taxes collected. Is the tax deducted as an expense on IRS schedule C? Is there another form required to show this?
