As I understand it everyone that has been selling on E-bay has to go to the new managed payments however new users will have up to a year to get on board with the new system is this correct? Would one of the moderators kindly respond to me please?

While I pay for bid shows an error message "One or more sellers can't accept payments right now". Why is that case?
