Why is my payout "declined?"

Since we moved over to managed payments, we haven't had any problems getting the money paid to the checking account. Yes, it takes too long, but the money has arrived. Until today.

Today, it declined a payout. There is nothing on the Payments pages explaining WHY the payout was declined. Since all the other payouts have gone through, what's different about this one? There's been no e-mail explaining what's going on, no note on the ebay page of an issue with any of the payments, nothing. I've scoured the Community Board, but I'm not finding any answers as to why payouts are declined. 

Does anyone have the answer or know where I can find the information?

Just got off the phone with eBay. They said it’s an issue on their end and that you don’t need to change anything. They’re working to fix the issue and send the money out by tomorrow.

I was finally able to speak to someone with Managed payments who informed of the following: 

"This is a major issue affecting a lot of sellers and the tech team have found the issue and are going to begin the 2nd transfer anytime so it will be made today I'm glad to say."

So hopefully Ebay will find some way to fix this and make it right.

Add me to the list of people experiencing this problem. All of my other payments have gone through fine, this morning's was declined. They blamed it on my bank. 

Frankly, not loving this system. I preferred PayPal. Other than the glitches and errors, I've been figuring out how much I'm paying in fees and I'm paying more with eBay's forced payments system. Really disappointed that we didn't have a choice in this.

On the phone with my bank right now. The lady I spoke with said I was the second person she spoke with about the same issue. I have received payouts everyday until today. Pretty sure its on ebay end. I do this full-time and this needs to be resolved asap!

I’d be interested in knowing if ANYONE actually got a payment today. I feel like that would give us some info.

have you received any information yet, I had my biggest payout suppose to go through today and it was "declined" also, thought it was because it was such a high number

Wow!, was just forced to sign up for managed payments a few days ago and was waiting on my first payout to go through last night and BAM! I get an email that the Payout was Declined and there was an issue with my Bank. I re-affirmed my Banking Info and then decided to dig around the boards concerning this issue and I see everyone else on here is having the same issue. I don't have a lot of confidence in this system when I can't even get the first payout on my account. What a mess...

I'm also affected today. No problems with hundreds of previous payouts (other than I hate how long and intrusive it is). 

eBay is hopefully aware of this and working to fix it. Oh...

I hate managed payments!

Had a $600 payment go through yesterday and payment for today was declined for $130.

Same issue here! Just had one payment deposited today too! It says my payout was declined at 5:54AM. Ebay needs to get their stuff together! They are the only site that has CONSTANT problems and even site errors. I really don't understand how a big company like this can have so many issues!
