The same thing is happening to me for a $1200 item. I have proof of
signature from the person but that didn't stop them from keeping the
item and claiming they don't know what it is. Shame on you, eBay for not
protecting your sellers any better than ...
I'm also affected today. No problems with hundreds of previous payouts
(other than I hate how long and intrusive it is). eBay is hopefully
aware of this and working to fix it. Oh... I hate managed payments!
