Since we moved over to managed payments, we haven't had any problems getting the money paid to the checking account. Yes, it takes too long, but the money has arrived. Until today.
Today, it declined a payout. There is nothing on the Payments pages explaining WHY the payout was declined. Since all the other payouts have gone through, what's different about this one? There's been no e-mail explaining what's going on, no note on the ebay page of an issue with any of the payments, nothing. I've scoured the Community Board, but I'm not finding any answers as to why payouts are declined.
Does anyone have the answer or know where I can find the information?

I was placed on hold for a half hour, then I had work I had to get back to. The problem is that ebay is not telling us why a payout is declined. There's no reason given. It doesn't say when it's going to try to run the deposit again. There needs to be a way for us to track down the reason why one has been declined, and there needs to be a reason showing why this one has been declined. All the others have gone through.

I real would advise the MP board.
Some sort of problem with accounts and eBay seem to be some causes of such.
If some one could tag one of the ebay employees it might also help.

@Anonymous - eBay System Status page is reporting Service Disruptions in Billing & Payouts. https://www.ebay.com/sts/updates/1
They don't give specifics about the issue, but if you had previously been receiving payouts and are just having an issue today, that might be it.
Hopefully @Anonymous brian@ebay or tyler@ebay will be able to assist you further ASAP.

I had the "declined" issue when I was first switched over. My bank had no record of eBay ever trying to deposit, and right in the midst of trying to figure things out, I had a return, and eBay managed to withdraw the funds from my account for the buyer refund. So clearly the numbers were correct, as are yours, presumably, since you've been getting deposits successfully.
Another seller said they were told by eBay support that "declined" doesn't mean "bounced by the bank", it actually means "we didn't bother trying".
In my case, I'm not sure what finally fixed it, as I did tweak a few things, including putting in my street address, which I tend to avoid doing as much as possible because it's in a different town from where my PO Box is.

Just received call back from eBay CS. Declined payments were due to a glitch by eBay's payment processor. Should be fixed now. Nothing to do with your bank or account.

The issue impacted a limited number of sellers but has since been resolved.

Same thing has happened to me, payout declined without reason as to why. Call my bank and they stated it's on e-Bays end. Asked e-Bay for a call back 1-minute wait time it has been over 20 mins. now. Anybody know what is happening?
