STORE SELLERS CHECK YOUR FINAL VALUE FEES ON THE TRANSACTION DETAILS!
I have a Premium Store on eBay and have for many many years. I was also forced into Managed Payments last August.
Since last night at approximately 6:30pm PST ALL of my orders are being charged an incorrect Final Value fee of 12.55% regardless of the category.
Instead of being charged 11.7% for Home and Garden
Instead of being charged 8.7% for Consumer Electronics that are NOT parts or accessories
Instead of being charged 8.7% for Musical Instruments and Gear Pro Audio
I was on the phone with Customer Service last night for nearly an hour just to correct a handful of orders.
It very definitely appears that eBay is NOT recognizing store owners and are charging the regular 12.55% across the board.
Anyone else having this issue or am I the lucky one and perhaps I should buy a Power Ball ticket?

Hi everyone! Our tech team confirmed this issue last night and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!

You are looking at the wrong page. That page is for sellers that are still on paypal.
These are fees for paypal sellers without a store subscription: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4364
These are fees for paypal sellers WITH a store subscription: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-fees/store-fees?id=4122
These are fees for managed payments sellers without a store subscription: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees-managed-payments-sellers?id=482...
These are fees for managed payments sellers WITH a store subscription: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-fees/store-fees?id=4809
The last link is what a majority of sellers on here should be expecting for fees.

The link shows that for basic store for computer motherboard I should be charged 4.2% FVF but ebay was still charging 8.55% FVF and now due to the glitch it is 12.55% FVF. I would like to know that what is your final value fee percentage for computer/tablet and networking category.

@octa-hex from your listings it looks like you are in Managed Payments.
This would be the link for Managed Payments fees with store subscription
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-fees/store-fees?id=4809
It shows most computer & networking at 8.7% with exceptions, including motherboards, at 6.55%. Those are the fees you should be seeing.

Thanks for the info yes GPU is 8.7% and motherboard is 6.55 but still the ebay link shows 4.2% for motherboard. Not sure what to make out of it.

@octa-hex - as @ssateneth said, that is for sellers not in Managed Payments. You are in Managed Payments, so here is the link that would be applicable. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/store-fees?id=4809

Got it. Thanks.

Sorry--where are you finding these fees? They just switched my acct to managed payments in mid-May and I'm trying getting used to it. TIA.

In my case, it seems like the only ones reporting the higher amounts are the ones that I received an offer on and I accepted, and it applies to fixed or auction listings. The first error was late on June 1st.

Looks like you can also file a complaint with the CFPB. I ended up filing mine over the phone. They were very nice and helpful.

It seems that it was a case of the messages being blocked, and ironically I don't see our earlier discussion anymore either, lol.
