Invoice & Tax Invoice have different amounts by $100, but no details why.

Hard to say what the issue is without being able to see the report you are looking at.

The Tax invoice is for Tax that you may owe on the eBay Fees and this has nothing to do with Taxes paid on purchases or sales.

Since my state does not requires Taxes on eBay Services, the Tax Invoice I receive shows the eBay Fees I paid  and always shows the Tax Amount as $0.00.

When you say "differing amounts by $100" what is it that you are looking at?
