Photos not uploading.

Hi i have the latest update. Every time I go to upload a photo it states. “Unable to upload photo” with a red exclamation mark. Have checked settings to app and everything seems okay. Any Help? cheers

Images that are attached in messages are only able to be viewed by the mobile web site or the classic Web site, they don't however show when using the actual ebay app on android 8.0.
