Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

The ebay app would be great if it were set up to allow sellers to apply sales tax table to listings created on mobile devices. Currently don't see any option to do so. Listings made on mobile need to be revised on desktop to apply tax table.
