Loading so slow its Unusable!

Hi. The eBay app on Android has been ridiculously slow over recent weeks.Running S8 on Android 8.0.0 Searches are slow, page text load is slow... the worst issues are with images though. Unusable slow to load and when in an item page the image galler...

Gift Card not working. Any advice? Anyone else experiencing this also?

My gift card i bought is not working and I tried logging in to PayPal and it won’t work. I read the terms and services it didn’t help much.

Descriptions not showing up in listings

So when I view an item, I get the shortened listing description showing, but when I click on it to read the whole thing it shows as blank. Restarted, reinstalled etc still no change.

Cancelling an Order as a seller

Hello. I'm trying to cancel a paid order for something i sold. I know how to do this on a computer but i do not have one right now and only have a mobile device. How can you cancel something you sold from an iphone???

I submitted an offer on a item in January which was declined but it still shows up on my bids/offers page because the seller keeps relisting item. Only shows on the app and not on a computer

Would it be possible to add reviews into the filter menu as a way of refining searches.

I’m having the same issue where when I select my profile under my eBay it just says loading but never displays anything. Latest version of iOS and the eBay app running.... just a pain in the bit having to log in on my desktop just for that...

unable to delete purchases

since the update I am unable to delete any items on my app that have been delivered and feedback left for. Would be great if this were fixed.
