Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Sorting a seller's items by low price returns a lot less items

Hello, When visiting a seller's items, they are sorted by default by "best match" which returns f.ex. 2000 items.Changing the sorting to "Low price", returns a lot less items f.ex. 40 items.Anyone else experiencing this?Best regards

Scam,fraud. Seller had hacked account

May 10th I bought a jegs plasma cutter. Less than 12 hrs later I was messaged saying that the sellers account was hacked and I would get a refund. I still have not recieved it and I cannot reach Ebay. What do I do. I'm getting irritated
