Paying with PayPal

hi,I've been trying to pay for few items with paypal and its not going well, but when i pay for a single item its ok, some items are from same seller.pls fix the bug

PENDING CALL WAS CANCELED WHEN USING FEDEX

PayPal connection to ebay

Since the latest eBay update, as a buyer I can’t purchase via PayPal. As a seller, there is no issue. I can log into PayPal outside of eBay. But as a buyer, it won’t connect to PayPal. Ideas?
