Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Nectar points not showing at checkout

Nectar points are not showing when at checkout like they always used to. The issue only lies with the App. Online via PC it does not. Seeing as this is happening I'm having to go online via my laptop to checkout to make sure I am collecting my nectar...

Restriction

Why I got a restriction if i didn't buy anything? Don't matter if i try by credit card or paypal account, always send me this messsge of "restriction", the app shows me "..." symbol and returns at checkout screen

Cannot delete items in shopping cart

Unable to delete shopping cart items once entered. This means shutting down app, then opening eBay in browser, logging in then deleting shopping cart, then returning to app! Is it worth it?

Searching by LOWEST PRICE removes items from search.

Hi. When I search for items by BEST MATCH it shows me all the items. When I select to search by LOWEST PRICE it removes more than half of the items from the search. Its supposed to display the same number of items just in a different order. Thank you...

LG4 G5 - App crashing on open
