Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I have deleted the eBay app and downloaded again to no avail, can someone look into this .I am using an iPad Air 2 ios15.8 with no option for update . Is there anyone helping ?

Cannot download update

eBay worked yesterday, today I loaded it and it said this version is unsupported download new version. Only version is current version, I download it and am stuck in a download unsupported loop.

What as happened to the eBay app, I’m in the middle of selling a vehicle and can’t get on eBay, my iPad won’t update the app as the version it’s asking for isn’t on the ipad
