Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Today i've updated my eBay app on iOS to 5.38.0 version and now i can't see the watchers as a buyer in the listings.This is bad, because the watchers helped me make the right decision regarding this or that lot.Is it just me or someone else's problem...

The App Keeps Relisting

If my auctions end unsold the app keeps auto relisting them even if I unlock it on the website. There doesnt seem to be anyway to stop this. Advice?
