Messages not updating on app

We I use the app, I see the red flag indicating I have new messages, but these do not display.The only way I can view them is to switch off my device (iPad/iPhone) and switch it on again, when the messages are displayed ok. Very irritating!!

Notifications Not Clearing

Please fix the notifications. Every time I open the app on my iPad it says I have 2 offers to respond to. I did 2 weeks ago! This morning I shipped an item and the notification that I need to ship won’t clear. Thanks!

Resolved! Stupid new icons near top of home page

I don’t mind having the icons there, for quick access, but why abbreviate the words. It looks **bleep** and makes it harder to understand. Why put S....ed? Surely just remove the dots and put Saved! I had to click on D.....ls to se what it meant
