All all of my apple devices with iOS 10.3.3 will not run the eBay app.ive tried deleting and re-installing a previous version but once downloaded, I get the screen saying version expired. If I choose upgrade, it just crashes. please help.

HTTP 400

I keep getting HTTP 400 & pages won't load in some parts of "My Ebay". This is using Google Chrome which I prefer. When using Microsoft Edge everything works fine. I have deleted and reloaded Chrome - doe not help. Anyone else having this problem ?
