Why can’t I talk to a human in Customer service on eBay

How do I contact customer service from the app?? Amazon makes it sooo easy and these guys need to just copy what they are doing. Why doesn’t eBay get that? Customer service is the easy part to copy!!

Cant sell anything on app.
