Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

App deleting brand, mpn, details, etc when uploading pictures to a listing

The app is deleting the brand, mpn, details, etc when uploading pictures to a listing. It most consistently deletes the MPN but sometimes it deletes it all. Please fix this issue as it takes lots of time to keep fixing it on every new listing.

Has anyone ever had a problem with their card on eBay but then it works everywhere else? I just can’t get my card to work. I know I have money on it. And it works everywhere else.

Closing return requests

I’m trying to close my return request and the app just keeps taking me in circles trying to find the “close my return request “ section. You need to make this easier to navigate.

Resolved! eBay app (iphone) crashes when you promote an item (promotion goes through though).

When you promote an item on the eBay app via the dashboard view - the app always crashes right after but the item still gets promoted. Would be nice if this got fixed.
