Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Trying to use both iPad app and Android app, neither will allow me to select my bank account, in fact they don’t even show it when trying to pay for some reason. I finally had to use Google Pay on my Android app to get a payment to go through.
