Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I have entered the correct information several times, & it still will not finish the process. I have triple checked to make sure the information is correct, but to no avail, the process remains incomplete!

I’m not quite sure where to find this option using the EBay application. I used to go to Help>then work my way to the one-time payment option. Can no-longer use this route anymore, any suggestions using the mobile app? Thanks

Why is it that you have to sign in to your ebay account on the desktop site in order to retract a offer? There is no setting on the mobile app to retract a offer. This should be a addition to the mobile app and not exclusively for the desktop site. T...

Why isn't there a button to decide to cancel the purchase?

I could participate in the auction and cancel it because I changed my mind, but there was no cancellation button, and besides, the number of money I paid for and the number I actually got out of the card were different. I feel like I've been swindled...
