Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Hey I’ve been charged recently and i’ve been looking at my recent purchase and i only got one thing and it was wayyyy cheaper then what i was charged. So if someone could get ahold of me i’d greatly appreciate to talk about this matter. Thank you

Listing pictures not loading on my phone

Is taking too long to list anything on my I phone since it will take about 3 to 4 try to list anything and sometimes I have to go to my computer to finish the process. Any help much appreciated

Issue With return page

Every time opening my return page of an item the page freezes up and the whole app get froze so I had to delete the app and reinstalled it again. This happened a few timers recently.Regards

Hello I recently listed a item to be sold. The item had a bid and I accidentally sold the item but haven’t received word of the person would like to buy it. I would like to keep the bid going without canceling that persons bid how do I do that.
