Won’t let me send a £40 partial refund, just won’t let me process the payment even though there’s enough money in the account to do so

What did I actually buy?

I thought I bought 3 items and in my email it said the payment went through for all 3 but when I clicked review details it just took me to 1 of the items listing. Also in the app it says I only bought 1 of the 3 items.
