I updated my credit card information, but I keep getting a noticed that I owe 2.86 cents. Can you not bill the card for it. Or what do I have to do to clear this up?

I do Not like this new option that shows purchase again. It show items I’ve purchased and my wife saw what I got Her for Xmas with this option. Terrible !!! How can i turn off the list that shows what I purchased in the new buy again category ?
