Paying my seller account in full

I would like to pay my seller account in full but it won’t let me do it 

Selling error

Every time I try to post a new listing it doesn’t post. I don’t get an error message or anything, the post just refreshes and doesn’t list. I've update my info and it still won’t work. Anyone know a fix?

I receive emails for everything I do not want emails for anything, but purchases a I make. Also when I’m selling, things I sold. How do I get rid of all the other email updates.

My shipping address is my old address. I have already deleted the old address from the account and it still shows up as my shipping address on shipping labels. This could cause me problems if someone tried to return an item.

Watchlist -ended items

i like to watch items & take not of when they sell/ for how much. recently, i noticed my watchlisted items disappear once purchased/auction ends.. rather than going to my “ended watchlist”. any tips of how to get this back?? thanks
