Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

There is always a 1 next to paid - dispatch now despite nothing actually there. i have deleted and reinstalled the app. do you have any other suggestions? thanks

Paid-ship now

Can’t clear the paid -ship now off the app. Buyer bought and then soon after asked to cancel the order. I canceled the order and won’t clear off app. It’s been about 3 weeks now. Rest phone and deleted app reinstalled and still showing paid ship now....
