I try to put some shoes up and when I hit list item it says I’m on hold and to contact you guys to get it off.

Seems this problem has been around for years and still remains. Just tried to look at a friends eBay listing by clicking link on a Facebook post and it will not launch due to this error. Who is responsible for fixing this?
