Item with bids went to unsold

Hey I have had multiple items with multiple bids on it, when the item on auction had finished its time the card said it had not sold. I have had my customers reach out to me to ask what the problem was. Could you please help?Thanks,Jake

Is there a problem with the app? When bids end and there are bidders items should show up as sold NOT unsold.... how to fix?

When you click on contact seller, You have the option to add a picture, if you click select photo it says it needs access. When I give it access I go back into the app and it keeps repeating the same thing

so I was biding on metal sonic and Eggman jazwares figures and then it said Temporary Buying limit and then it looked suspicious because It said to get A thing that has buy it now in your cart and Im mad because eBay tried to scam me!
