Made an offer on an item the seller accepted the offer I completed the purchase and the funds were taken from my account but it is saying the unpaid item

cant post- "we're sorry, there was an error."

Android. Samsung s10. Trying to post. no errors in posting. Restarted phone. Uninstalled / reinstalled app. Logged out and back in... I can save the draft but when I try to list all I get is "We're sorry, there was an error."

I have a problem with the app internet connection.
