My son recieves notifications of my purchases. How do I stop that?

Somehow I accidentally deleted app from iPhone and I can’t get it back on screen. I can access it through the App Store and open it but I can get it to download. What do I need to do? I’ve rebooted my phone as well.T

Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue. When selling a item on the app i fill out my package info but app doesn’t have the option to choose service so I can’t list the item bc it’s thinking it’s incomplete.

Same Seller Cart Total Issue

When using within the app, why can’t I request a total from a seller for multiple items in my cart which will be delivered to the same location. I’m forced to use my laptop to do this.

eBay access to photos

This all worked fine but suddenly eBay is not listed as one of the apps that has requested access to my photos under Settings - Privacy - Photos section of my iPhone 11. How do I give eBay access so that I can add photos?
