How do I ship internationally on eBay! From the US to the Czech Republic

Sellers aren’t shipping.

Sellers aren’t shipping in a reasonable amount of time. I have been on eBay since 2003, but this is insulting and unprofessional. I’m done.

When making a purchase if you change the mailingaddress befour changing the payment method the spp will change back to the bsse address and your packages are shipped incorectly
