e-x you have one shop you seling item ,customer coming and go but not
buying ,but near my shop same item selling item ,customer buying only
them ,so some thing wrong with your shop check your titile ,price
,discrtiption ,timeing ,change of the produc...
l think what ever is past is past forget about 2 damage claims,course
there not going to help you out anymore if yes alreday done the action
,the my advice is very simple dont deal with them again
