Twin size sheets it

I recently put in an order for a twin size sheets it and they sent me one individual spread when it was supposed to be a sheet sit with a pillow case supposed to come with a bedliner in the sheet

I’m being charged after people brake and decide to return something 2 weeks later !!

This is crazy I sent out a perfectly working laptop and I get charged because two weeks later someone brakes it!!!

My order got cancel by eBay but my money still hasn’t been refund
