Purchased some shoes, passed authenticity but when I received shoes they were the wrong shoe completely. Since it went to authenticity there’s no option to speak to seller. I need help. Paid for an item I didn’t buy

Search for sold items no longer functions on app (iPhone)

Noticed this a few days ago. If I search for an item and filter for sold, it always returns a “no items found” even though there are clearly several items matching the search criteria. Was working well a few days ago.
