Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I am prevented from listing any items until I confirm my micro deposit amounts. Your app does not allow me to type in my amounts. Therefore I cannot use eBay. Please rectify and send me verification that you have corrected this.
