How do I reach eBay  they took over 140 dollars from me 

Did not order anything yesterday but an item email was received

I didn’t think eBay charges you for everything when you try to sell an item. So I’m stuck paying money for items I didn’t sell. I want my account closed an my bank account removed immediately.
