Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Unable to update and use app on my phone.

Has anyone figured out how to get the new app working? The update will not work on my iPhone and I can not update it to match the required iOS. Is they a way to download a older version of eBay? Shame I can not use it I buy and sell often with my app...

My eBay app asks for me to update as previous app expired when I press update and open it asks me to do the same again so not updating. When I delete app and reinstall exactly the sam happens

Like hundreds of others, I cannot download the latest App or even an older one anymore! Bye bye ebay, cannot believe we can no longer use eBay just because we have old phones. well done for loosing thousands of loyal users in one swoop!

Hi, I am unable to login to my eBay account. It says “app update required” but then when I press update it keeps me in a loop always saying update required. Is this something you could help?thanks in advance.

Sending offers from mobile app is complete headache

When you send an offer from mobile app it always returns to the top of the list after sending an offer which makes the interface completely unuseful if you need to scroll trough your listing and send offers for specific items

Unable to update app

Unable to update appDespite trying many times. As a result to access eBay which is a shame as I’ve been using eBay for decades. eBay really need to look into this because not everybody has a brand-new phone and they will loose customers.
