Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I can't list on Ebay app because of the app bug, no item specifics shown therefore I can not publish

Also I cant seem to choose Media mail option using the app anymore and I have to do it on the website...so more hassle for me since it's easier for me to list from my phone. Anyone who can help?
